Thames Valley Science Park

Current Applications

Thames Valley Science Park

A Reserved Matters (or detailed) application is being progressed for the next building to form part of Phase One. The new building will be designed to provide flexible office or laboratory uses and which can adapt, over its lifetime, to a number of uses and configurations. The first occupier is expected to be a single tenant.

The design consists of an approximately 4,000 sq.m two storey building with plant and equipment housed on the roof of the building. The external design of the building will mirror that of the Gateway Building and will be finished in Corten steel with anodised aluminium panels and large glazed areas as seen on the Gateway building.
